Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009
Regarding Public Service, it is stated that public service is an activity or
a series of activities in order to fulfill service needs in accordance with
laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods,
services, and/or administrative services provided by service providers
public. The regulation also obliges public service providers to prepare and determine service standards in their environment. BPS City of Lhokseumawe has carried out the Standard Setting of Public services through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity of determining the Standard of Public Service in the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) of BPS City of Lhokseumawe on September 23, 2021. With the implementation of the FGD on the determination of the Lhokseumawe City BPS PST PST SPP, it is hoped that it will provide a clear picture to service users regarding the flow of procedures and service requirements of the Lhokseumawe BPS PST service.
