DEVELOPMENT OF FARMERS' EXCHANGE RATE, RURAL INFLATION, AND ACEH MANUFACTURER PRICES, SEPTEMBER 2021

Based on the results of monitoring rural prices in several regions in Aceh Province in September 2021, NTP was produced at 103.26 or an increase of 0.90 percent. This is due to an increase in the FTT of all sub-sectors except food crops.

The Price Index Received by Farmers (It) in September 2021 increased by 0.85 percent compared to the previous period. This was due to the increase in IT in all sub-sectors other than the food crops and horticultural crops sub-sector.

During September 2021, the Price Paid Farmers Index (Ib) in Aceh Province decreased by 0.05 percent compared to the previous period. The decrease in Ib occurred in all sub-sectors except fisheries.

Based on monitoring the prices of household needs in several rural areas in Aceh Province during September 2021, there was a deflation in rural areas of 0.09 percent.

For the September 2021 period, the price of GKP quality grain at the farmer level decreased by 1.45 percent or worth 69 rupiah to 4,688 rupiah per kilogram. The decline in prices was due to the start of the harvest season in several districts. Likewise, at the milling level, the price of GKP grain fell by 1.43 percent or by 69 rupiahs to 4,762 rupiahs per kilogram.
